Garlicky Asian Green Beans
This recipe is a summertime favorite on the farm, which means we grow A LOT of beans. While this dish is tasty when hot, the leftovers make a great snack on the go. Its great year-round, served up with rice and teriyaki beef or spicy tofu.
Serves: 2-3; to serve more people or make sure there are leftovers, scale up the recipe below.

Cook time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 pound Fresh Green Beans. (Trimmed and dried to avoid oil splattering)
1-2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
1-2 Tbsp. THAT'S GOOD GARLIC!
1/2 - 2 tsp. Chili Flakes
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce, Tamari or Bragg's Liquid Aminos
Heat oil on med-high in a heavy-bottomed skillet until very hot, but not smoking. Add beans, stirring frequently to encourage blistering the skins, 3-5 minutes. Add That's Good Garlic and chili flakes stirring frequently for 1-2 more minutes. Drizzle in soy sauce and stir frequently until desired tenderness.
Serve with rice and your favorite teriyaki recipe.
